The Miniroll roller compactor is designed for research
and small production batches. The Miniroll can be configured for
as little as 50 g up to 20 kg per hour.
Special features include variations in the roll geometry and
a built in granulator. Screw and roll speeds as well as granulator
speeds and roll forces are controlled by a touch screen panel
The Miniroll roller compactor is available
with "The Director"
can scale up the process for production. "The
Director" is the complete data acquisition and analysis
system designed to simplify the Roller Compaction process.
